Schnelle Sporenkeimung und Myzelklonierung

In nur 7-14 Tagen enthält Ihre „Expansionsbrühe“ eine lebendige Flüssigkultur, die bis zu 4 Monate lang gekühlt werden kann. Verwenden Sie Flüssigkultur, um eine Vielzahl von sterilen Substraten (einschließlich steriler Getreidesäcke, Getreidegläser und All-in-One-Säcke) zu beimpfen. Für beste Ergebnisse:

Wir empfehlen, mindestens eine Woche nach Erhalt zu warten, bevor Sie Ihr Flüssigkultur-Kit injizieren, um sicherzustellen, dass es während des Transports nicht beeinträchtigt wurde. Lagerung:

Unser Flüssigkultur-Kit sollte innerhalb eines Monats nach Erhalt verwendet werden. Bis zur Verwendung an einem trockenen Ort bei ca. 10-21 °C lagern. Nach vollständiger Kolonisierung kann die Flüssigkultur bis zu vier Monate im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden! (Hinweis: Keine rosa Austernpilze oder Mandelpilze kühlen.)

For best results

We recommend wearing latex gloves and working inside a still air box (like the NocBox) or in front of a flow hood. If you do not have access to either, a well-cleaned space can be used, but contamination is more likely.

Choose a location with little air movement, shut windows and doors, turn off any heating or cooling units, and choose a work surface you can sanitize with isopropyl alcohol.

Begin by sanitizing your work surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Let sit on surfaces until dry or for several seconds before wiping dry with a clean paper towel. 

Inoculating your jar
  • If the liquid culture or spore syringe doesn’t look uniform, you may shake it for a few seconds to disperse the mycelium or spores.
  • Inject 2-5 cc's of a spore syringe or liquid culture into the jar. (Needles come sterile in their packaging, but subsequent use of a culture or spore syringe will require re-sterilization of the needle.)
  • Sterilize the needle with alcohol or flame sterilize with an alcohol burner or lighter. If using a flame to sterilize, the tip of the needle should be heated until it glows red and then allowed to cool before injection.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not use an open flame inside a still-air box. Agitate the jar by shaking it for 20-30 seconds. This will help to disperse the spores or culture throughout the media.

Using your liquid culture
  • Allow your liquid culture to come to room temperature before use.
  • Agitate the jar before you draw up the liquid culture.
  • Insert your syringe into the self-healing injection port.
  • Tip the jar towards the syringe, but do not let the liquid touch the filter patch.
  • If the syringe gets clogged or you draw air into your syringe when you are withdrawing the liquid, keep the syringe in the injection port, push the liquid back into the jar, and withdraw the correct amount.
  • After use, return your jar to refrigeration and use it within four months.

I'm no scientist but....

This has served me well. I know it says to use up to four months, but here I am 2 YEARS later and my (shall remain nameless) spores from this jar of life cloning goo (term is patent pending) are still thriving strong. This product is worth every penny if you find a particular spore you like and would like to multiply it 30 fold for basically free.

LC multiplier needs a stir bar.

This is a great LC multiplier, I’ve bought a few. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is a stir bar. If you would add a stir bar prior to your sterilization process these would be perfect. It’s a cheap and easy step for you I think and I’m shocked that you haven’t added this feature in them. Thanks for the quality products.

This liquid culture kit was contaminated. I hate to write a bad review about North Spore because I’ve used them before and most of the time they are great products unfortunately this time I had problems I ordered two of the liquid culture kits. One out of two was contaminated so I probably won’t try the liquid culture kits again. I will just do the Diy honey liquid culture tek. Which I have done before in the past with complete success 100% of the time this method is more cost-effective for sure a little more labor intensive but not too bad with 50-50 results from buying ppre madeculture kits from Northport premade liquid culture kits that is not worth the money.
