Diese vorgegossenen Agar-Schrägagar sind zur Langzeitlagerung von Pilzkulturen bestimmt. Jeder Schrägagar enthält ca. 10 ml vorsterilisierten Kartoffel-Dextrose-Agar (PDA) in einem 15-ml-Polypropylenröhrchen.

Anwendung:

Lassen Sie Ihren Agar-Schrägagar vor Gebrauch auf Raumtemperatur kommen. Übertragen Sie anschließend Myzel von einer Platte in den Schrägagar in einer sterilen Umgebung. Bis zu einem Jahr im Kühlschrank lagern.

Lagerung unbenutzter Schrägagar:

Lagern Sie Ihre unbenutzten Schrägagar aufrecht an einem kühlen Ort. Wenn kein Kühlschrank vorhanden ist, lagern Sie sie in einem Kühlraum. Überprüfen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit auf Kondensation. Kondensation bedeutet, dass eine Wärmequelle Wasser aus dem Agar treibt, wodurch dieser schnell austrocknet. Innerhalb von 1 Jahr nach Erhalt verwenden.
