Le millet a une charge d'endospores beaucoup plus faible que le seigle et le blé, ce qui le rend moins sujet à la contamination. Awesome Grain

First off the grain is clean and consistent. Secondly the mushrooms LOVE it so much and colonized it so fast I thought it was mold at first lol. Third $1.5 per pound is a steal at least from what I can get locally, so I’m using it for cooking too!
