Ces pentes d'agar pré-coulées sont destinées à la conservation à long terme des cultures de champignons. Chaque pente contient environ 10 ml de gélose de pomme de terre-dextrose (PDA) pré-stérilisée dans un tube en polypropylène de 15 ml.

Utilisation :

Laissez votre pente d'agar s'équilibrer à température ambiante avant utilisation. Ensuite, dans un environnement stérile, transférez le mycélium d'une boîte de Pétri dans la pente. Conservez au réfrigérateur jusqu'à un an.

Conservation des pentes non utilisées :

Conservez vos pentes non utilisées à la verticale dans un endroit frais. En l'absence de réfrigérateur, conservez-les dans une chambre froide. Vérifiez de temps en temps la condensation. La condensation signifie qu'il y a une source de chaleur qui fait s'évaporer l'eau de la gélose, ce qui la dessèchera rapidement. À utiliser dans l'année suivant la réception.
