Agaricus bitorquis NSABB1: A warm-weather white button mushroom known as a "Tork". Fruits between 75-77.
Agaricus brunnescens NSABB2: The standard "Champignon" white button mushroom. Fruits in cooler weather and manure and compost-based substrates; 60-65 degrees.
Agaricus subrufescens NSAS1: As is sometimes the case in mushroom taxonomy, subfrufescens is a synonym for blazei and a similar, almond-scented mushroom. Our distinction refers to the naming from the source of the strain.
