Beech (Hypsizygus) Cultures - Commercial
'Basic Beech' Hypsizygus tessullatus NSHT1: Our favorite brown beech mushroom strain. Great for commercial production. Both strains are slow-growing, cool-weather mushrooms (55-65 degrees) and produce delicate, nutty clusters.
'Advanced Beech' Hypsizygus tessullatus NSHT2: Similar growing conditions to our HT1 but producing clusters of pure white fruiting bodies.
Hypsizygus ulmarius NSHU1: Also known as an "Elm Oyster"; strain obtained at Radical Mycology Conference 2016.
