Unbelievable!! I ordered snow, blue, black, and reishi. Buried each one in their own 10 gallon grow bag with well composted garden soil from a landscaping company. Kept the top exposed and lightly mulched with straw. Set them in a shaded part of my yard and LESS than 2 weeks later, harvested a flush of snow oysters that weighed over a pound. The next day I harvested another flush weighing the same. Noticed growth in black oyster bag and will probaby be ready to harvest at least one flush within the next day or so. Kept them moist but not wet. Having grown mushrooms with inoculated logs before, I never had THIS amount of success so quickly.
