Recommended Use

Recommended use:

  • Add 1-3 full droppers to a beverage, or place directly on your tongue. Use 1-3 times daily or as needed.
Extraction method

Our mushroom tincture is extracted using a double extraction technique that involves a month long alcohol soak followed by a hot water decoction for optimal extraction of both alcohol and water soluble constituents.

Our tinctures are comprised of 3 ingredients: the mushroom extract, alcohol, and water.

We use a double extraction technique to make all of our tinctures. To begin our tincture process, we dehydrate the mushroom fruiting bodies and soak them in 200 proof local organic alcohol for one month. Then, the fruiting bodies are separated from the alcohol solution and decocted in hot water. After the decoction, we dispose of the fruiting bodies because their nutrients have been extracted. Our final tincture is made when we combine the alcohol and water solutions to reach a final alcohol content of 30%.

The mushroom extracts used in our tinctures are sourced from a company called Nammex based in Exeter, California. Nammex works closely with organic Chinese mushroom farmers who use natural cultivation techniques developed over hundreds of years. These mushrooms are naturally grown in greenhouses; no unnatural substrates made from cereal grains or rice are used. This means you get only natural, nutrient-rich fruiting bodies in your tinctures: the most bang for your buck.

We recommend you take 1/3 to 1 full dropper daily or as needed. Tinctures are meant to be used as a dietary supplement so be sure to check with your physician, healthcare professional, or herbalist before you begin a tincture routine.

Amazing results

Reishi tincture is helping my sleep

I have been taking the Reishi tincture for about a month. I am having great results with sleep and have drastically reduced the amount of prescription sleep meds I have been taking for years. Instead of taking a whole pill I have reduced it to taking 1/4 of the tablet each night. I'm thrilled. I know eventually I will be off the prescription.

Potent stuff! My kids and I love it and we take it every night. Particularly it helps me fall back to sleep easily if I'm woken up in the night. Huge deal for a woman in perimenopause. Love these tinctures

I purchased this tincture along with Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. I take the Lion's Mane and Cordyceps in the morning with my coffee and the Reishi at night. My sleep has improved. My stress, anxiety, and depression have greatly been reduced. The Lion's Mane has me dialed in and focused with no brain fog. The Cordyceps help keep my energy up all day, and I'm only drinking one cup of coffee per day now. Before I was drinking 3. Overall productivity has gone way up. These tinctures work. Only issue is there isn't a subscription option for them. They are worth every penny.

Better sleep, helps with stress & Improved Blood Pressure

I was working in a more stressful position at my office so I decided to give this tincture a try around 10am one busy morning. Within 30 minutes I felt more calm and thought it was just in my imagination so I looked online and found this does work quickly. That night I slept the entire night which is rare for my 50+ years.

Amazing Tincture

I can't rave about this Reishi Tincture enough. It has been life changing and thats not an exaturation. I have suffered from Lupus which has had a pretty severe effect on my mood, including depression. After taking this for a about a month I started to feel better.
