Der "marmorierte" schwarze König (Pleurotus spp.) – auch bekannt als schwarzer Perlkönig – ist eine zuverlässige kommerzielle Sorte, die einige der herzhaftesten Pilze mit schönen braunmarmorierten Kappen und weichen Stielen hervorbringt. Bei erfolgreichem Anbau können Sie eine große Ernte sehr fleischiger und köstlicher Pilze erwarten. Diese Sorte ist eine Kreuzung zwischen Austernpilzen und Königstrompeten aus Japan. Sie bevorzugt kühlere Temperaturen und neigt dazu auszutrocknen oder das Wachstum einzustellen, wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht aufrechterhalten wird, wenn sich die Pilze noch in einem frühen Stadium befinden. Die durchschnittlichen Erträge liegen bei 0,75–1,5 lb beim ersten Flush von 5 lb angereicherten Sägemehlblöcken.

Unsere Flüssigkulturspritzen haben ein Volumen von ca. 10 ml und werden versiegelt in einer Plastikhülle mit einer sterilen 16-Gauge-Nadel und einem Alkoholtupfer geliefert.

Verwendung von Flüssigkultur:

Für beste Ergebnisse nach Erhalt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Spritzen sollten in einen selbstheilenden Injektionsport eingeführt werden. Immer mit steriler Technik handhaben und vor Gebrauch gründlich schütteln. Wir empfehlen die Inokulation entweder in einer Stillluftbox oder unter einer Flow Hood, um die Möglichkeit einer Kontamination zu reduzieren. Wenn Sie Ihre Nadel wiederverwenden möchten, sterilisieren Sie sie vor und nach jeder weiteren Verwendung.

This was my first experience with growing fungi via injection - I had been using fruiting blocks and foraging - and the process has been amazing! It took about 16 days for the first signs of mycelium to appear in the grain bag, as a small circle around the injection port, and it has been doubling in size each day. The process is easy, and the syringe comes with clear, detailed instructions and an alcohol swab. It only takes a small amount to colonise the grain bag, so you can get multiple uses from a single syringe! I am very excited with my progress thus far with this product and am looking forward to getting many more fruitings!
