Die Auster des Pappel-Ulmenbaums (Pleurotus ostreatus) ist eine beliebte kommerzielle Sorte, die stark verzweigte Büschel von cremefarbenen/hellbraunen Pilzen produziert. Diese Sorte wächst sehr schnell und liefert gute Erträge sowohl bei kalten als auch bei warmen Temperaturen. Im Durchschnitt 0,5-1 kg beim ersten Flush von 2,5 kg schweren, ergänzten Sägemehlblöcken, produziert aber auch auf sterilisiertem Strohsubstrat.

Unsere Flüssigkulturspritzen sind ~10 ml groß und werden versiegelt in einer Plastikhülle mit einer sterilen 16-Gauge-Nadel und einem Alkoholtupfer geliefert.

Flüssigkultur ist Myzel, das in einem nährstoffreichen Medium suspendiert ist. Spritzen sind anfängerfreundlich und ideal für diejenigen, die eine einfache Möglichkeit suchen, Getreidebeutel und -gläser zu beimpfen.

Verwendung von Flüssigkultur:

Für beste Ergebnisse sofort nach Erhalt kühlen. Spritzen sollten in einen selbstheilenden Injektionsport eingeführt werden. Immer mit steriler Technik handhaben und vor Gebrauch gründlich schütteln. Wir empfehlen die Inokulation entweder in einer Still Air Box oder einem Flow Hood, um die Möglichkeit einer Kontamination zu reduzieren. Wenn Sie Ihre Nadel wiederverwenden möchten, sterilisieren Sie sie vor und nach jeder weiteren Verwendung.

Zero growth so far.

I bought 3 elm oyster LCs. Put them in the fridge as soon as they came. I just got to use one last week. (Actually about 10 days ago.) One syringe for 7 jars. So far there's no sign of growth in the jars. The G2G jars I did on the same day are fully colonized. Unfortunately I'm just outside of the 30 day replacement window.

good spore syringe, excellent results

Well, I did not had the great results getting a colonized grain bag from North spore (the bag was not fully colonized, and my results have ended up being unusable), I’ve had excellent results twice with an Elm oyster mushroom syringe. Very fast colonization of Petri dishes and grain bags, eating and while they’re with excellent, tasty mushrooms using the bucket method. I doubt I will purchase grain spawn from them again (That’s what I get for being lazy, have had great results making my own bags), but I definitely would recommend getting the spore syringes from North spore and doing your own grain bags. You will get great results that way.
