Austernpilz Schneewittchen PO3 (Pleurotus ostreatus) ist eine wuchskräftige kommerzielle Sorte, die hohe Erträge an sehr dichten Büscheln fleischiger, fester, reinweißer Kappen liefert. Sie haben einen süßeren Geschmack und ein süßeres Aroma als andere Austernpilze und behalten beim Kochen ihre Form und Textur. Diese Sorte gedeiht in den kältesten Monaten des Jahres sehr gut, wird aber nicht für den Anbau im Freien bei warmem Wetter empfohlen.

Unsere Flüssigkultur-Spritzen sind ~10 ml groß und werden mit einer sterilen 16-Gauge-Nadel und einem Alkoholtupfer geliefert.
