 North Spore Commercial Account Terms and Conditions

Invoice Review: Please review your invoices. One-off order corrections and cancellations for Grain Spawn must be submitted by 3 PM EST on Thursday before the Monday shipment. Please note that order corrections and cancellations are subject to approval from North Spore. Additionally, cancellations for large orders, over a half pallet, must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date. This policy ensures that large orders produced specifically for customers are not canceled without consideration.

Substitutions: If we do not have all of the product required to fill your order, we will try to contact you about substitutions a week in advance. If we do not hear back by 12 PM EST on Thursday, we will split your shipment and send the remaining product when it is ready.

Damaged Goods: Replacements or credit will be issued for bags that arrive torn or contaminated. North Spore is not responsible for products that are damaged due to overheating. Please notify us if you would like expedited and/or insulated shipping when necessary. You must inspect the Products upon delivery and notify North Spore in writing of any defects or non-conformities within five (5) business days.

Product Use: Commercial products are for commercial farming purposes only and not for resale. Your authorization from North Spore to purchase North Spore Products is limited to end use. Resale of Company Products must be pre-approved by North Spore.

Shipping Costs: You shall be responsible for all shipping costs of Product, including packaging, shipping, freight, and insurance charges.

Delivery Dates: North Spore will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date and/or delivery date specified in the Purchase Order but shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delay or effort in the delivery of the Product.

Legal Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and use of your products.

Contamination Liability: North Spore is not liable for loss of product due to contamination after inoculation.

Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from North Spore and to use such information only for the purposes of these Terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to shipping by 3 PM EST Thursday before Monday fulfillment. Orders will not be shipped if payment is not received. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize us to process/charge your card on your behalf for order payment.
