Unser einfach zu installierendes Schwimmerventil-Kit rüstet Ihren MycoMister II Turm-Luftbefeuchter zu einem vollautomatischen Feuchtigkeitssystem auf, das sich automatisch mit Wasser füllt. Nach der Installation können Sie auf die lästigen täglichen Wasserkontrollen verzichten, sodass Sie sich darauf verlassen können, dass Ihr Anbau die benötigte Feuchtigkeit erhält.

Da das Design auf Schwerkraft basiert, ist keine Stromversorgung oder Pumpe erforderlich. Und der Schwimmerball und der Arm sind aus strapazierfähigem ABS und PE gefertigt, die mit der Zeit nicht korrodieren oder rosten. (Hinweis: Das Kit erfordert Zugang zu einer Wasserleitung mit einem Anschluss von 1/2 Zoll Durchmesser.)

So funktioniert es:

Wenn der Wasserstand in Ihrem Luftbefeuchter sinkt, sinkt der Schwimmerball. Sobald er einen Tiefpunkt erreicht hat, öffnet sich das Füllventil und Wasser beginnt in den Luftbefeuchtertank zu fließen. Wenn der Tank sich füllt, steigt auch der Schwimmer. Sobald der Tank voll ist, schließt das Ventil und das Wasser hört auf, in den Tank zu fließen.

WARNUNG:

Überprüfen Sie das Schwimmerkugelventil regelmäßig auf Löcher, Risse, Undichtigkeiten, Verstopfungen und Beweglichkeit. Wenn der Schwimmerball in der Position „ein“ stecken bleibt oder der Schwimmerball sich mit Wasser füllt und nicht steigen kann, schließt das Füllventil nicht und der Luftbefeuchter läuft mit Wasser über.

Maintenance & storage

WARNING: Do not clean while the unit is switched on. Turn off the power and unplug the unit from its power source before any cleaning or maintenance.

WATER TANK

  • DO NOT leave water sitting stagnant in tank for more than a couple of days as it may cause bacterial growth. Always empty tank if not planning to use it for a few days.

STORAGE

  • When not in use, store in a cool dry location in original packaging or completely covered (to prevent dust buildup).
  • If water is left in the unit during storage, it may harden and leave deposits that may affect the unit from operating properly.
  • Leave the cap of the water tank loose during storage. This will prolong the life of the gasket.

CLEANING

  • DO NOT use detergents or chemicals to clean the tank or base as it can interfere with the mist.
    • If the water tank is dirty, soak it with a mild bleach and water solution (1 cup of bleach + 1 gallon of water) and rinse clean.
    • Wipe the exterior of the body with a damp cloth.
    • Clean and rinse the water tank and mist nozzle with lukewarm water frequently to avoid mineral buildup.
  • Keep the nebulizer and water sensor free of mineral deposits. 
    • Only clean the nebulizer and sensor with a soft brush (e.g. soft toothbrush).
    • DO NOT scrape the nebulizer or water sensor to avoid damage.
    • DO NOT clean with tools that have metal parts.
  • DO NOT spray water or any liquids onto the control knob.
  • NEVER immerse the base in water or let water enter other openings.
