These injection port grow bags are recommended for sterile mushroom cultivation using grain spawn, supplemented substrates, or bulk media. Ideal for inoculation with liquid culture or spore syringes through the self-healing injection port, allowing sterile transfer without opening the bag.

Fill bags with your prepared substrate and/or grain, seal using an impulse sealer, and sterilize according to your standard protocol. Once cooled, inoculate through the injection port and allow the filter patch to provide proper gas exchange during colonization. The reinforced bottom seal and durable construction make these bags suitable for mixing, shaking, and agitation as needed.
