La « Willow Pioppino » AA1 (Cyclocybe aegerita) est une souche commerciale de Pioppino qui produit de grandes récoltes de champignons à chapeau velouté et à pied croquant. OMG! I think these are the best mushrooms I've ever grown!!! Look at these beauties! And the taste? Just as described - Nutty, savory and with a crunchy stalk that you have to experience to understand! Scramble with eggs, melt in monterrey jack cheese, wrap in a warm tortilla......My new favortie breakfast taco!
Easy as heck to grow, even tho listed as "Intermediate". Don't let that fool ya. Yes, maybe you need to up the CO2 to get biger stalks but these beauties started pinning from the bag once I cut the first slit. Spent the extra on C02 monitors to adjust the FAE on my tubs, but you could easily just watch and learn by altering the tank lid opening.
Have yet to go wrong with any North Spore mycelium syringes! Yes, guys, I'm expanding your goodies into my own liquid culture jars for personal use. But if anyone ever asks where I got my start? Throwing all honors right back to your company and the great products you sell! North Spore rocks and you deserve every ounce of respect from my harvests!

I innoculated sterilized oat jars and spawned to woodlvr substrate. Fast colonizing and great to grow indoors in winter when my house runs cool (60-65). Gorgeous results and tasty fried with garlic and sage.

The LC was clean when tested on agar. This LC was aggressive on the plate and in a spawn bag. I added it to a wood substrate and it colonized and flushed fast! When I sautéd them in butter, they tasted like bacon! Will purchase these for the rest of my life! My whole family loved them and they went fast!

My first batch was stolen off the mail truck but they quickly sent a replacement. Even though the weather was in triple digits, the sample worked great. Inoculated onto brown rice. Three weeks later, my mycelium is ridiculously strong and I am getting ready to put on substrate.
