Recommended use:
- Add 1-3 full droppers to a beverage, or place directly on your tongue. Use 1-3 times daily or as needed.

Our mushroom tincture is extracted using a double extraction technique that involves a month long alcohol soak followed by a hot water decoction for optimal extraction of both alcohol and water soluble constituents.

Overall Experience? Actually, I have no idea. I do used it daily, but if there are effects, I haven't noticed any. I also use the tinctures of Lions Mane and four others with the same results... No 'noticable' physical difference. However I like and use the mushroom tinctures as part of an overall healthy regimen. I know that mushrooms can and do have some excellent long term health benifits on our bodies.
