Subscription shipments
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. Subscription orders will be shipped using the same carrier you selected when you set up the subscription.
Order changes or cancellations
If you would like to make a change to or cancel your subscription, please email info@northspore.com at least seven days before your subscription is scheduled to renew. Unless you opt out of auto-renewal during this time period, we will automatically extend your subscription for an additional renewal period and your credit card will be charged.
Subscription returns
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need / want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt - we just ask that you pay for shipping.

Subscription replacements and refunds
We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund you for it. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey!
