Manage Subscription
Subscription shipments
Your subscription will automatically renew. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note: Subscription orders will always be shipped using the same carrier selected when subscription was set up.
Subscription discounts
Promo Codes: If you used a promo code when you placed your first subscription order, it will only apply to the first shipment.
Bulk Discounts: If you purchased a subscription that also offers a bulk discount (e.g. sterile substrates), you will first recieve 15% off for choosing the subscription option, then an additional percentage off the new lower amount for the bulk order.
To skip future shipments
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Edit Future Order"
Make changes and click "Save Changes"
To pause subscription
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Manage Upcoming Orders"
Select "Skip Shipment" next to order(s) you would like to skip
Please note: If you have more than one subscription, these options will be located under "Show Details" which can be found at the bottom of the subscription box.
To get your subscription order sooner
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Order Now"
Please note: This will change the ship date of all future orders for this subscription.
To change frequency
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Change Frequency" (located under the Order Frequency header)
Select new frequency in drop down menu and click "Save"
To swap out a product for a different one
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Products in My Shipment"
Select "Swap Product" and choose a different item
Please note: If you have more than one subscription, these options will be located under "Show Details" which can be found at the bottom of the subscription box.
To change payment information
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Payment Information"
Select "Change Payment Information"

To change shipping address
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Address and Shipping Information"
Select "Edit" and make changes, then click "Save Changes"

To cancel subscription
To cancel your subscription, send an email info@northspore.com with "Cancel Subscription" on the subject line. Please note: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of auto renewal, the cancellation will apply to the following shipment.

We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund you for it.
