Subscriptions
Subscription shipments:
Your subscription will automatically renew. You should receive an email notification 7 days before your order processes with a reminder. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
Please note: Subscription orders will always be shipped using the same carrier and delivery speed selected when subscription was set up.
Subscription discounts:
Promo Codes: If you used a promo code when you placed your first subscription order, it will only apply to the first shipment.
To skip shipments:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
For a single subscription: in the "Your Next Order" box, click "Skip".
If you have multiple subscriptions: Click "View Upcoming Orders" from the right hand side. Navigate to the order you would like to skip, and click "Skip".
After clicking "Skip" you should see a pop-up box asking you to confirm. Click "Yes, skip this order" and you are all set!
To reschedule subscription:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
For a single subscription: in the "Your Next Order" box, click "Reschedule".
If you have multiple subscriptions: Click "View Upcoming Orders" from the right hand side. Navigate to the order you would like to reschedule, and click "Reschedule".
After clicking "Reschedule" you should see a pop-up box asking you to choose the length of time you would like to delay your shipment (1 week, 2 weeks, or you can select a specific date). Click "Save Changes" and you are all set!
Please note: This will change the ship date of all future orders for this subscription. If there is already an order in the queue, you will need to reach out to customer service to cancel it.
To get order sooner:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Send Now" on the subscription you would like to receive sooner.
Please note: "Send Now" will expedite the order and process it immediately, this action does not change the dates of future orders and your subsequent orders will continue to follow the original subscription schedule.
To change frequency:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Manage Subscriptions" (located on the left hand side menu)
Select "Manage this Subscription" under the active subscription you would like to update the frequency on.
Make changes and hit "Save changes"
Please note: This will change the frequency for all future orders for this subscription.
To swap out a product:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Manage Subscriptions" (located on the left hand side menu)
Select "Manage this Subscription" under the active subscription you would like to update the frequency on.
Make changes to the Box Type field and hit "Save changes"
Please note: This will change the product type for all future orders for this subscription.
To change payment:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Edit Payment Information" under the "Order Total" line in your dashboard or select "Address & Payment Details" from the right-hand menu
A pop-up form should appear asking to send an edit payment link to the email address associated with the order. Click the link in the email to adjust the payment information for your subscription.
To change address:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Address and Payment Details" from the right-hand menu
Select "Manage Addresses" and make changes or add a new address, then click "Save Changes"
To cancel subscription:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Manage this Subscription" from the dashboard or right-hand menu
Scroll to the bottom of your selected subscription and select "Cancel this subscription", then comfirm in the pop-up form.
Note: You can restart your cancelled subscription at anytime! Your subscription history will show under the "Inactive" tab under the Subscriptions heading
To restart a cancelled subscription:
Log into your North Spore account
Select the "Subscriptions" tab
Select "Manage this Subscription" from the right-hand menu, then click "Inactive" under the Subscriptions headline
Navigate to the subscription you would like to restart and click "+ Reactivate"
