How do I modify, update, or cancel my order?
Please send an email to info@northspore.com with any order changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible to ensure it will be processed before your order goes into production.
How do I get a replacement, refund, or exchange an item?
We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund you for it. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey!

How do I return my order?
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need or want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt. We just ask that you pay for shipping.
