Replacement Policy
We want you to have the best possible experience with every North Spore product and guarantee free replacements within 30 days of receipt for any product that arrives damaged, contaminated, unusable, or doesn't grow.* (Scroll down for replacement requirements, special conditions, and link to replacement request form.)
*Note: Should you have a growth issue after the 30 days, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
Requirements:
There are only four requirements for requesting a replacement:
1) Request is made within 30 days of receipt
2) Proof of purchase from NorthSpore.com (order # or receipt)
3) A photo or video documenting the issue
4) Product does not fall under "special conditions" below.

Special Conditions:
To ensure we handle every request with reasonable fairness, we cannot provide free replacements for the following:
1) Products damaged by customer misuse, improper storage, neglect, or accidents
2) Reasons unrelated to product integrity or performance (e.g. disliked flavor, color)
3) Factors outside of our control (e.g. size of flush, speed of flush)
4) Products not purchased from NorthSpore.com
5) Past habitual abuse of our Replacement Policy
After 30 Days:
If you encounter a problem after 30 days of receipt, we will gladly provide you with a store credit. (Proof of purchase from NorthSpore.com, photo or video, and special conditions apply.)

Extended Warranties:
Some products, like the BoomRoom Kit and Automated Boomr Bin Kit, come with a one year warranty. Should you encounter an issue with any North Spore product that includes an extended warranty, you can request a free replacement for up to 365 days from date of purchase.
