Collection of Taxes

Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of any and all Federal, state and local sales taxes. Only buyers that provide North Spore with a valid tax exemption certificate will be exempt from paying taxes on northspore.com.

Replacements

North Spore guarantees that its products will be free from defects at the time of shipping and for (30) days after receipt (unless otherwise specified). However, any product damaged or contaminated due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, or improper storage is not guaranteed and any warranties are voided. Order Changes

North Spore reserves the right to modify any order with respect to quantities and/or delivery based on product availability. 

Please note: most orders are fulfilled the same day, and once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations, changes, or modifications. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly entered orders.
