Returns
We're happy to accept returns on unused items within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and we do not refund the original shipping fees.
Replacements
We're happy to offer replacements on items within 30 days of receipt. Please share the original order number or receipt, as well as a photo or video documenting the issue. If you encounter a problem after 30 days of receipt, we will gladly provide you with a store credit for up to 90 days of receipt!
Extended Warranties
The BoomRoom Kit, Automated Boomr Bin Kit, and MycoSphere come with a one year warranty. Should you encounter an issue with any North Spore product that includes an extended warranty, you can request a free replacement for up to 365 days from date of purchase.
