This vintage-inspired mushroom foraging pouch was designed with simplicity and convenience in mind. Handcrafted using durable waxed canvas, this foraging must-have will be a stylish, useful companion as you search the forest floor. Equipped with metal loop and snaps, it only takes seconds to secure to your belt, pants loop, or backpack.
Each canvas pouch is protected by a leather surround when closed. When opened, the inner canvas bag expands to 9.5" x 8.5" (giving you plenty of room to hold mushrooms or any small treasures you find along the way!) Once full, simply pull on the drawstrings to prevent items from falling out.

The only bag you'll need!
I purchased this bag recently because I was in need of a container that was convenient for my foraging adventures. I received this bag and couldn't be happier! First of all, it folds up to about the size of two decks of cards stacked on top of each other. With one snap released, the bag can be unfolded to reveal a decent sized bag ready to be filled. The waxed canvas is thick and durable, and it comes with a belt loop for easy hands free use. The bag cinches to allow for safe keeping of your finds! Definitely recommend this great foraging must have!

Double-O 'Shroom
I feel like a secret agent when I head out to forage with my handy-dandy expandable hip sack! No more hunting for the right bag to take with me... I need one that's breathable yet durable... something that I can carry easily... and that closes (so I don't lose all of my loot). Now, it's easy! I just toss this little fella on my belt - and I'm prepared for every adventure. If I happen to stumble into a patch of chanterelles... I can just "deploy the mushroom collection receptacle." I also recommend the harvesting knife (with attached brush) to complete the ensemble. Those fungi won't a chance against your arsenal of steam-punk gadgetry! Note (full-disclosure): I purchased these items using Spore Reward points so they were essentially FREE for me. If I had paid full price... maybe I'd be more critical? Regardless, this is a FUN gift for a mushroom lover.
