Autofill Float Valve Kit for Myco-Mister II Tower Humidifier
Use with | Myco-Mister Tower Humidifer |
Upgrade your BoomRoom II humidity in just minutes!
Our easy-to-install float valve kit upgrades your MycoMister II Tower Humidifier to a fully-automated humidity system that automatically fills with water. Once installed, you can skip the inconvenience of daily water checks, giving you peace of mind that your grow is getting the humidity it needs.
Because the design relies on gravity, no power supply or pump is required. And the float ball and arm are made from durable ABS and PE, which won’t corrode or rust over time. (Note: Kit requires access to a water line with a connector that is 1/2 inches in diameter.)
Kit includes:
- Float ball valve with adjustable arm
- 15” water supply connector with wing nut
Features & benefits:
- Automatically tops up and maintains water in your MycoMister II
- Leak-free operation can be achieved by hand tightening – no special tools required
How it works:
As the water in your humidifier drops, the float ball will sink. Once it reaches a low point, the fill valve will open and water will begin to enter the humidifier tank. As the tank fillss, the float will also rise. Once the tank is full, the valve will close and the water will stop flowing into the tank.
⚠️ WARNING:
Inspect the float ball valve regularly for holes, cracks, leaks, obstructions, and maneuverability. If the float ball becomes stuck in the “on” position or the float ball fills with water and cannot rise, the fill valve will not close and the humidifier will overfill with water.

WARNING: Do not clean while the unit is switched on. Turn off the power and unplug the unit from its power source before any cleaning or maintenance.
WATER TANK
- DO NOT leave water sitting stagnant in tank for more than a couple of days as it may cause bacterial growth. Always empty tank if not planning to use it for a few days.
STORAGE
- When not in use, store in a cool dry location in original packaging or completely covered (to prevent dust buildup).
- If water is left in the unit during storage, it may harden and leave deposits that may affect the unit from operating properly.
- Leave the cap of the water tank loose during storage. This will prolong the life of the gasket.
CLEANING
- DO NOT use detergents or chemicals to clean the tank or base as it can interfere with the mist.
- If the water tank is dirty, soak it with a mild bleach and water solution (1 cup of bleach + 1 gallon of water) and rinse clean.
- Wipe the exterior of the body with a damp cloth.
- Clean and rinse the water tank and mist nozzle with lukewarm water frequently to avoid mineral buildup.
- Keep the nebulizer and water sensor free of mineral deposits.
- Only clean the nebulizer and sensor with a soft brush (e.g. soft toothbrush).
- DO NOT scrape the nebulizer or water sensor to avoid damage.
- DO NOT clean with tools that have metal parts.
- DO NOT spray water or any liquids onto the control knob.
- NEVER immerse the base in water or let water enter other openings.
