I kept mine in the corner on the kitchen counter and sprayed them daily (sometimes twice a day). I wasn't quite sure just how much I needed to spray water, but clearly, the mushrooms thought it was just right! I just harvested the first ones today (probably could have harvested yesterday already) and they are delicious! :) Can't wait for the second box (yellow oyster) to reach harvest stage, probably next weekend. Now, let's see if the second flush is going to work as nicely. Fingers crossed
