|Uses||Stress, sleep, fatigue, inflammation|
Naturally support overall balance and well-being with our potent, dual-extracted Reishi mushroom tincture. Also known as "Song Shan Ling Zhi," Reishi (Ganoderma tsugae) is highly esteemed due to its wide variety of uses. It has traditionally been used to support daily stress, help improve sleep, lessen fatigue, and balance immune system function.‡ Reishi is also rich in triterpenes, which have been studied for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.*
Purity & potency:
North Spore's tinctures are crafted from concentrated organic mushroom extracts made from 100% fruiting bodies and sclerotia. Our double extraction method ensures that our tinctures pack exponentially more of the active compounds found in each species. And the finished extracts are tested for purity and compound content before being bottled.
- 2 oz tinctures contain 60 servings
- 4 oz tinctures contain 120 servings
Take 1/3 to 1 full dropper daily or as needed. You can take directly from the bottle or add to tea, coffee, juice, or water.
Within the mushroom, there are several molecules, including triterpenoids, beta-glucans and peptidoglycans that are believed to provide a range of health effects.‡
Our mushroom tincture is extracted using a double extraction technique that involves a month long alcohol soak followed by a hot water decoction for optimal extraction of both alcohol and water soluble constituents.

Keeps us healthy
I bought this in a panic when COVID 19 hit. Even if it just worked as a placebo, taking it every day helped me feel less anxious about working a retail job in a pandemic. Since taking this tincture, my partner and I have not gotten sick. Even if I feel a little under the weather for a day I never actually get sick. I also have Interstitial Cystitis and I feel that this tincture supports my bladder wellness. I just feel better overall when taking this. I’m happy to have Reishi help me feel vibrant and well.
Haven't gotten sick since I started taking this.
My cousin gave me a small bottle of this after I told him about a really bad sickness I got about 2 years ago, and I immediately started taking a dropper of it every morning. I think it's been about a year and a half since I started using it and I have never even gotten a small cold since then. I work at a restaurant where I come into contact with tons of people every day. I share tasting glasses and silverware to taste food with the staff (I know we shouldn't do that, but it is what it is). Almost every person at work has been sick at some point and I have stayed healthy. I'm convinced it's because of this Reishi tincture. It's also much more potent than other reishi tinctures I've tried. I bought one that you could clearly taste the brown rice mixed in. North Spore Reishi is the best. I take a dropper mixed with water in a shot glass every morning. Miracle potion.
