'Speckled Chestnut' PA1 (Pholiota adiposa ) is a popular commercial strain from the West Coast. It produces velvety, small-to-medium, brownish-orange speckled caps resembling the color of its namesake nut. A visually striking mushroom highly prized by chefs, first flushes average 1-2 lbs off of 5 lb supplemented sawdust blocks.

Our liquid culture syringes are ~10ml and come with a sterile 16 gauge needle and alcohol wipe.
