'Acorn Shiitake' LE2 is one of our favorite commercial strains for indoor shiitake block production. This strain fruits best at colder temperatures and tends to produce mushrooms with smaller stems and large caps. Yield averages are .75-1.5 lb first flush off of 5 lb supplemented sawdust blocks.

Our liquid culture syringes are ~10ml and come sealed in a plastic sleeve with a sterile 16 gauge needle and alcohol wipe.
