Shipping & Returns
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 USD and is available to contiguous U.S. states. (It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories).
Unfortunately, free shipping does not apply to P.O. Box shipments.
Your total with any discounts must be over the $150 USD threshold to receive free shipping.
Please note that some products do not qualify for free shipping, including but not limited to: millet, sawdust pellets, soyhull pellets, and coco coir.
Given restrictions on shipping and importing mycelium products, we do not currently ship to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Your order will ship once all items are ready (including pre-order items). To avoid delays, create two separate orders -- one for available items and one for pre-order items.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently unable to ship substrates, tinctures, tea, capsules, and dried mushrooms to Canada. Please be aware that we also charge an International Handling Fee to cover any applicable brokerage fees and duties.
Order changes or cancellations
Please submit any order change requests within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure it will be processed before your order ships.
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need / want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt - we just ask that you pay for shipping.

We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund you for it. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey!
