Our beginner-friendly ShroomTek All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bag + Spore Boostr was formulated by mycologists to simplify mushroom growing while maximizing the speed and size of your grow. (All that's required is a spore syringe or liquid culture!) The entire grow takes place inside the bag – from inoculation to colonization to flush – making the entire process both seamless and effortless.

Each ShroomTek includes Spore Boostr (5 ml), a nutrient-rich broth that turns slow-growing spores into fast-growing liquid culture. Simply inject your spores into Spore Booster before inoculating your ShroomTek bag and allow them to germinate. After 1-2 weeks, when you see visible mycelium, it’s time to inject!
As easy as inject, grow, harvest
ShroomTek contains a proprietary blend of sterilized, nutrient-rich, organic manure-based compost, organic grain, coco coir, and several quality substrate supplements (although we keep the exact blend a secret!) Each bag is optimally hydrated for substrate mix and volume to ensure a healthy, well-hydrated environment for optimal mycelial growth.
Bags also include a self-healing injection port for use with a spore or culture syringe plus a 5 micron filter patch to block airborne contaminants while providing even gas exchange. Once inoculated, you can expect your first flush within 30-60 days (depending on species and strain.) Note: Color of injection port may vary.

Sterile and ready to use
Bags are sterilized in a commercial-grade steam autoclave, and sterility is verified using biological indicators and temperature sensors. (Condensation around the injection port may occur, and will not negatively impact the product or its performance.)
Inoculation ratio
We recommend using 2.5-5ccs of your favorite spore syringe or liquid culture syringe. (Higher inoculation rates may improve colonization times and mitigate contamination.)
More ways to grow
Although the ShroomTek All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bag is designed as a self-contained growing chamber, it can be used in conjunction with other growing chambers such as a monotub or BoomRoom martha tent, should you want fuller control over environmental conditions.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Spore syringe vs. liquid culture syringe
Shroomtek works with both spore syringes and liquid culture syringes. However, spore syringe users will not see growth for an additional 1-3 weeks during the germination process without the use of Spore Boostr. This is because liquid culture syringes contain live mycelium whereas spore syringes contain fungal spores that need to become mycelium.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you choose to use spore syringe without Spore Boostr
DO NOT shake the bag immediately after inoculation. Doing this may prevent the fungal spores from germinating.
Instructions
Storing
ShroomTek All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bags should be stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration is necessary. They can also be stored for several months before use.
Best practices
We always recommend clean hands and latex or nitrile gloves to reduce the introduction of contaminants.
It is best practice to wait a minimum of 1 week after arrival before injecting all-in-one grow bags to ensure they were not compromised during transit. Rest assured that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. If your bag was compromised, we will replace it.
