'Birdie' Hen of the Woods GF1 (Grifola frondosa) is a favorite commercial strain from the West Coast for indoor cultivation on sawdust blocks. Its a reliable producer that is slow growing. On average, you can expect 1/2-1 lb yield on first flush off of 5 lb supplemented sawdust.

Our liquid culture syringes are ~10ml and come sealed in a plastic sleeve with a sterile 16 gauge needle and alcohol wipe.
